2nd Annual New England Ostomy 5k 2026 — Rye Beach, NH

Join us for the Second Annual New England Ostomy 5k Fun Run and Walk on Sunday, October 4, 2026 in celebration of Ostomy Awareness Day! Celebrate with us the beautiful Wallis Sands State Park in Rye Beach, NH. Whether you run, walk, roll, or cheer from the sidelines, this family-friendly event is all about raising awareness, building resilience, and supporting the United Ostomy Associations of America (UOAA). Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze as you make your way along the picturesque seaside course. All proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc. (UOAA), a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible (https://www.ostomy.org). The host site for this event is the NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources , Division of Parks and Recreation. RACE DAY SCHEDULE 8:30 AM- Registration and Packet Pick-Up Opens 9:00 AM - Raffle Opens 9:45 AM - Greetings, Announcements and Stretching Exercise 10:00 AM - Timed Run Begins 10:00 AM - Kids Activity Table Opens 11:00 AM - Kids Fun Run 11:30 AM - Raffle Closes 11:45 AM - Closing Ceremonies (Raffle Winners and Awards) There will also be a Raffle to participate in during the event. Bring cash, your checkbook or credit card, as there are a number of Gift Cards! The Registration Fee includes a unisex adult or youth size T-Shirt and Bib. Don't delay, register today to order the T-Shirt size you'd like to wear at the event. PACKET PICKUP: You can pick-up your Race Bag, T-Shirt and Bib the morning of the event starting at 8:30 AM. Once you’ve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one that’s already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
