The Triple C at Woolly Hollow – Greenbrier, AR 2026

This is an annual trail race in memory of Curtis Colt Childress, who was killed in a motorcycle accident on September 26, 2024. The race distances are 10, 4, and 1 miles through the trails at Woolly Hollow State Park. All proceeds will go to the Cabugcayan Mission/Biliran Church of Christ in the Philippines, which is where Curtis's wife, Ruby, and daughter, Curtlyn, live. Donations are appreciated! The Triple C takes place on the first Saturday of December because Curtis was born on December 6th. Curtis loved children and never met a stranger in his life, so the 1 mile fun run/walk is set up for children or anyone else who doesn't want to run or just wants a short trail experience. The 10 miles course takes place along a short paved section at the back of the park and follows the Enders Fault Mountain Bike Trail, ending at the top of the dirt access road in the Enders Fault gravel parking lot.
