A 3.1-mile journey through 250 years of history and 40 years of community heart. This year is different. On the morning of Belvidere's 250th Anniversary, we are also celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Belvidere Food Pantry. Since we were founded in 1986, we’re throwing a 80s throwback bash to kick off the town’s big day! To honor our founding year, all students (18 & under) can register for just $19.86. No food drive is needed this year—your registration is the greatest gift you can give to help us feed our neighbors. Come for the 5K, stay for the day! After you cross the finish line, the party is just getting started. Join the town-wide 250th celebration following the race. Neon is optional, but heroism is required! We’ll be awarding prizes for the Best 80s Individual and Best 80s Group costumes at the finish line. We will also have age group awards.
