Miles for Minds 5K Run. Walk. Roll. Sunday, July 26, 2026 Roosevelt Park, Edison, NJ Miles for Minds 5K is a family-friendly event that is fun for all ages. Whether you are looking to participate in your first 5K or you are a seasoned runner, our USATF sanctioned, timed race is appropriate for all skill levels. If you are looking for a lighter pace, there is also a 1-mile Walk & Roll Fun Run around Roosevelt Park's lake prior to the start of the official 5K race. Pre-Registration: $30 For runners who would like to compete in the USATF certified and timed 5K. Includes official runner bib and refreshments. T-shirts will be included for any individual who raises a minimum of $50 by Sunday, June 29. **Registration after Sunday, July 19: $35 Walk & Roll Fun Run registration: $25 For walkers, rollers and attendees looking to participate in the 1 mile fun run. Includes refreshments. Walk & Roll Registrants will not be timed or scored competitively and will not be eligible for race awards. T-shirts will be included for any individual who raises a minimum of $50 by Sunday, June 29. Baby strollers, bicycles, pets, skates,and roller blades are prohibited in the 5K race. Water will be available at the start, on the course and at the finish.
