The Skeleton Run – Oceanport, NJ 2026

Join us for a thrilling, chilling Halloween 5K like no other. This October, something spooky is coming to the storied grounds of Fort Monmouth. Join the skeleton army as it runs (or walks) through a winding path filled with surprises at every turn. A skeleton suit will be provided for all runners, but don’t let that stop you from getting in the Halloween spirit. Costumes of all kinds are highly encouraged for all participants. All participants will receive a skeleton suit, closed course, chip-timed results, and a celebratory beer or soft drink at the official after parties at Baseline Social and Birdsmouth Brewing with live music from Ocean Avenue Stompers. There will also be a vendor village at Birdsmouth. A portion of proceeds from the event will go to a to Lunch Break's Family Promise Center on Fort Monmouth.
