Inclusion in Motion is a 6-hour endurance event at Heckscher State Park where athletes of all abilities come together to promote inclusion and defy limits. Participants can run/walk solo, join a team, push an adaptive athlete, or be pushed as an athlete, completing as many 3.1-mile loops as possible, up to 26.2 miles (8 loops)! Or, if you'd like to choose a shorter distance, we also have a 100m dash for all abilities to cross the finish line! You have all 6 hours to race and spend time with community!
