Join us on November 1st for NAMI Rockland’s 5K annual Run / Walk for Wellness to raise money for local programs and services that promote mental health awareness and end the stigma. Runners and Walkers will participate in the 5K starting at 9 AM. This race will be held rain or shine. There is a $30 registration fee for both runners and walkers. Race Day registration is $35. Plan to arrive before 8 AM to avoid paying the parking fee. Sponsorship packages are available for corporations, large groups or individuals. Donors are also encouraged to underwrite the attendance of those in need. BRING CASH FOR 50-50 and RAFFLES! NAMI Rockland is an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, one of the largest, grassroots mental health, self-help and advocacy organizations in the country. We work to educate, support, advocate, listen and lead to improve the lives of people with mental illness and their loved ones.
