Sunset House 5K – Irondequoit, NY 2026

SUPPORTING HOSPICE CARE FOR THE LONG RUN ! Now in its twenty-fourth year, the Sunset House 5K Run and Fitness Walk has traditionally had something for everyone: a fast, challenging, 3.1 mile course, plenty of food, refreshments and prizes—all within a fun and friendly family atmosphere. This year the event will be held LIVE on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the Irondequoit United Church of Christ located at 644 Titus Avenue, Irondequoit, NY. For those of you who are unable to join us on race day, a VIRTUAL option is planned from Friday, May 1st, through Saturday, May 23, 2026. All proceeds from the race go to Sunset House which provides alternative living arrangements for residents who are unable to receive hospice care services in their own homes. Focusing on quality of life rather than quantity of time, Sunset House supports the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of its residents, allowing them to maintain control during an important time of transition.
