Child Abuse / Foster Care Awareness 5k Run/Walk – Fresno, CA 2026

The Social Work Student organizations, Phi Alpha Honors Society, and Title IV-E program at California State University, Fresno are hosting a Child Abuse/Foster Care Awareness 5K Run/Walk, which will not only raise awareness about child abuse and Foster Care but also incorporate a wellness component for families. This dual-purpose event aims to both advocate for child safety and foster care, raising awareness of the need to support the well-being of families, caregivers, and foster youth. By promoting self-care and providing resources for mental and physical well-being, this event seeks to increase family and individual well-being.
