Smiley Sprint Triathlon – Clemmons, NC 2026

Start time: 7:30 AM Distances: 300m swim 12 mile bike 5K run **There are three waves of starters for this event. Wave 1 includes all participants who register by June 30. Wave 2 includes all participants who register July 1 - 22. Wave 3 includes all participants who register July 23 - race day. If you register in Waves 2 or 3 your start time WILL BE LATER.
