Summer 2026 Adult Run + Strength Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. The class is 10 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults get/stay active with run workouts incorporating strength training. This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned runners. All levels and paces are welcome! The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 10 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. Cost of the class is: $70 if you register by 5/31. Price increases to: $75 if you register 6/1-6/21. Deadline to register is: 6/21. No refund or class credit if you drop the class after registering.
