Ohio Mennonite Central Committee Run 4 Relief 1k & 5k Race – Mt Hope, OH 2026

Have you ever pet a pig? What do they feel like? Come join us for an early morning run in lovely Holmes County, OH! The 2026 Run 4 Relief will benefit families by helping them purchase pigs to improve their income. For the younger crowd and those of you who enjoy a shorter distance the 1K Fun Run is for you! This event will not be timed, and no awards will be given to those who finish first, middle or last. Everyone who participates in this event will receive a t-shirt and possibly a piggy bank! Please remember to bring your water bottles. Let's reuse and recycle! Gatorade and water will be available at the run. The 1K and 5K Run will be held on the west side of the Mt. Hope Event Center on Twp. Road 362 on Saturday, July 11th. Look for the tent. Registration starts an hour before the race. The 1K will start at 7:30 AM, followed by the 5K kicking off at 8:00 AM. Every participant will receive a t-shirt and the top 6 overall runners will receive an award. Age awards will also be given.
