Run for Your Life: 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run & Trick or Treat Trot – Norman, OK 2026

Get ready to run, laugh, and maybe scream a little — it’s time for the annual Run for Your Life 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk! This family-friendly fall favorite winds through the haunted Ruby Grant trails, where Halloween surprises lurk around every bend. Come in costume and compete for prizes, dance to live DJ music, play games, and enjoy treats at the finish line. Whether you're racing for time or strolling with friends, this spooky celebration is packed with fun for all ages. We will be updating our charity partner information for this race soon!
