The 7th Annual Heroes on the Run Presented by Subaru of Bend Run in the morning. Celebrate all day. For the first time ever, Heroes on the Run is part of Heroes & Hounds , a full-day celebration in Bend’s Old Mill District in partnership with the Hungry Hound Doggolympics. After the race, enjoy a live frisbee show by JD Platt & The K9 Kings . Then, cheer on the Hungry Hound Doggolympics on the lawn at Greg’s Grill . The Doggolympics feature an obstacle agility course, high jump, a 50-yard sprint, and a best trick competition. Dogs can compete or just come hang out. All friendly dogs are welcome. Adoptable dogs will be on-site all day, along with food and beverage options. We will also have local vendors, and our Kids Zone with a bouncy house, face painting, and more. Every registration fuels rescue missions, lifesaving medical care, and spay/neuter clinics around the world and right here at home.
