What is the Mindful Triathlon? Its a FUN 5K your way - run or walk - just make it to the finish line. Followed by a 45 minute Yoga on the beach where you are certain to find your flow oceanside. And finally, a 15 minute guided meditation and gong experience that will clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon. Please join us as we come together for a fun-filled and challenging experience for your mind, body, and spirit. The Mindful Triathlon is a family friendly (open to all ages and skill levels) event focused on wellness, community, and our beautiful natural environment. The event is not scored and no awards will be distributed - BUT, everyone will get a T-Shirt. KIDS 12 & UNDER PARTICIPATE FOR FREE! Lets get the kids in the flow! All kids 12 & under participate for FREE! We want there to be no barriers for the kids to experience the incredible positive energy that the Mindful Triathlon offers.
