Dear Donors, The Thankful Ones is a local 501(c)(3) charitable organization run entirely by volunteers. Our growth has been closely tied to our community engagement with local businesses and non-profits, resulting in a significant increase in requests for adoption support. Simply put: the more funds we raise, the more children and families we can assist. By donating to The Thankful Ones, you directly support foster children and adoptive families in the Greater Houston and West Texas areas. All donations fund our Adoptive Family Grant Program, which helps families cover attorney fees, state-mandated costs, and other adoption-related expenses. To ensure transparency, payments are made directly from TTO to the invoicing entity, typically the family's adoption attorney.
