* 50K * Marathon * Half Marathon * The Great Olympic Adventure Trail Run (GOAT Run) is a trail 50K, marathon & half marathon that traverses Kelly Ridge between the Olympic National Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca in Washington State. The route follows the single track Adventure Trail for the majority of the course, plus some unpaved forest road mixed in, and less than a mile on pavement. The finish line is in Olympic National Park at the deep, glacially carved Lake Crescent. Famous for its turquoise blue waters of exceptional clarity, the lake is the perfect place to end the race. The course reaches a maximum elevation of 1,619 feet, with a cumulative elevation gain of 1500 ft for the half, 3500 ft for the marathon, and 3700 ft for the 50K. Challenging? Absolutely!
