October 1–31 HELP in Motion is more than a run; it’s a movement to honor lives lost, support survivors, and raise awareness about domestic violence in our community. HELP in Motion Virtual Challenge From October 1–31, participants may join our HELP in Motion Virtual Challenge, committing to collectively log 99 kilometers (61 miles). Each kilometer will be dedicated to one of the 99 victims of domestic violence who lost their lives in 2024. Participants can complete their miles however and wherever they choose—walking, running, or hiking, while standing in solidarity with survivors and honoring those we’ve lost. HELP in Motion Trail Run Join us in person for the HELP in Motion 10K / 5K / 2K Trail Run at SnowKraft Nordic, located near Cherry Hills Golf Course.
