YMCA Kids Tri – Onalaska, WI 2026

Calling all children AGES 3-12 who want to stay fit this summer and give it a "tri" at the annual Kids Tri. Ages 9-12: Advanced Swim 100 yards (4 lengths). Bike 1.1 miles. Run 1/2 mile Ages 7-8: Sprint Swim 50 yards (2 lengths). Bike 1.1 mile. Run 1/4 mile Ages 5-6: Beginner Swim 25 yards (1 length). Bike 1/2 mile. Run .2 miles Ages 3-4: Tiny Sprint Swim 20 yards (family pool along the wall). Bike 1/4 mile. Run .1 miles For the 3-4 age group: 1 parent/caregiver is allowed in the pool with the child For all age groups: Flotation devices are welcome to be used during the swim portion. Lifeguards will also be present and available to help.
