Every Saturday we will be hosting a group training run from downtown Huntsville at the Southeast corner of the downtown square (that's the corner with Commerce Kitchen) Routes will be provided and may even include some aid. Note that training runs are not on closed courses and no police support is provided. You are responsible for your own safety. A lead runner and when possible sweep will be there to keep an eye on everyone as best possible. Details: Typically the routes will have a 5 mile, 8 mile and 10 mile option. RunGo and Garmin courses will be provided and courses will typically intersect so different distances can run together for at least some portion of the run.
