This one’s for the girls 💜 The Chocolate & Diamonds 5K for Ladies will take place in Russellville, Arkansas on Saturday, May 2, 2026. This event serves as the graduation celebration for our Runnersville Ladies Training Camp, but registration is open to all females of all fitness levels. For many participants, this will be their very first 5K—and that’s what makes it so special.
