The Berthoud Day 5K is a fun, family-friendly race that kicks off the Berthoud Day Parade with energy, connection, and hometown pride. Open to runners, walkers, families, strollers, and even leashed dogs, this inclusive event invites the whole community to come together in support of community health. Race Details: Takes place in downtown Berthoud from 8:45–9:45 AM Race starts promptly at 8:45 AM Course is open for one hour; participants must finish or be off the course by 9:45 AM Mountain Avenue will be closed due to the parade—please plan ahead Registration & Participation: Open to runners, walkers, families, strollers, and leashed dogs Unisex, women’s, and youth shirt sizes available for registered 5K participants Kids 12 & under (with adult supervision) can participate for free: Free participants are untimed and do not receive a shirt To be timed and receive a shirt, kids must register for the 5K Guaranteed shirt deadline: Friday, May 15.
