For 45 years, The Community Fund of Darien has brought the community together for the annual Darien Road Race & Family Fun Day . This beloved fall event features two races—a 1.5-mile Timed Fun Run and a 5-mile Timed Race —plus family-friendly activities under a big tent. Every dollar raised supports essential youth and family social service programs in Darien, Norwalk, and Stamford. Since 1951, The Community Fund of Darien has granted more than $29,000,000 to help provide our neighbors access to food, shelter, physical and mental healthcare, job training, and youth success programs. Your support improves the lives of our neighbors through grants to a network of over 35 vital, nonprofit health and human services organizations. Together, we can strengthen our community!
