July 4th marks our Nation's birthday, the middle of summer, and THE HOTTEST 5K PARTY IN LAKELAND!! Register now for the Red, White and Brew 5K, a Lakeland tradition for the last 9+ years! This year we're back at Swan Brewing in Lakeland, FL to better serve up the Brew portion of the event! We'll still be serving up pancakes, brew specials and age group awards after the race! We will also have a “Lil' Firecracker Run” for the kids, and encourage team participation! Don't Wait to register!
