We’ll cover: How to set up your transition area (what you need + what you don’t) Clean, efficient movement through T1 and T2 Mount/dismount options (including when a flying mount actually makes sense) How to approach races with multiple transition areas or point-to-point formats Small details that make a big difference on race day This is for first-timers and experienced athletes alike.
