This is the registration page for Xtra Mile Running's Spring & Fall intro to running sessions. The program is free to all, and there is a registration option to get a t-shirt each session, too. Read on to learn the basics before signing up. The WHAT: A 10-week training program with the goal of completing a 5k upon completion ( Note: The Run for the Roses 5K on 6/7/26 and the Roselle Turkey Trot 5k on 11/26/26 are a separate registration for which our training 5K members will receive a discount). The HOW: Two days a week running & walking with Coach Diane, and help from our community of enthusiastic volunteers. Tuesdays at 6:15pm, starting 3/24, from Xtra Mile Running and Saturdays at 9am at Volkening Lake. An informational session for the Spring session will be held on Tuesday, 3/17 at 6:15pm at Xtra Mile Running to answer your questions!
