Move for Amirah is a national fundraising event where people come together to take on a challenging fitness goal in support of women who have experienced trafficking and exploitation. Healing from that kind of trauma isn’t easy—it takes strength, perseverance, and a lot of support. When we move, we do it in solidarity with them. To bring our community together and raise awareness (while having some fun), we’re hosting our first-ever 5K at Obear Park in partnership with Crossroads.
