About This Event All proceeds from the 5K race benefit the Jaffrey Firefighters Company Inc., a fundraising and support organization for the Jaffrey NH Fire Department. The Jaffrey Firefighters Company, Inc., is a volunteer organization made up of the firefighters, their families and members of the community who give their time in support of the Fire Department. This allows the Fire Department to acquire items that cannot be purchased within the town's budget. The Jaffrey Fire Department is made up of a full-time Fire Chief and 20 on-call members serving the town of Jaffrey, NH. They provide fire prevention, suppression, rescue, EMS, public service and education. Day of the race registration will begin at 7:00 AM, and the race will begin at 8:00 AM The Course **Now Offering 2 Options for Trails, however our winners will come from the Woods Trail Category** Woods Trail: 5K run/walk mixed cross country terrain including hard pack trails, wooded terrain, mild hills, and possibly some mud.
