Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just looking for a fun night outdoors, this event is perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels. The 5K course offers a flat pavement route through the Health Park, while the 1-mile course provides a shorter, family-friendly option ideal for beginners, kids, and those looking for a relaxed pace, and is a stroller-friendly course . Registration includes a T-shirt, medal and post-race refreshments Fun for all ages but children who would like shirts and a bib will need to register by themselves.
