Master Trooper Davis served the people of Robeson County and the State of North Carolina with unwavering commitment, courage, and professionalism. Known for his deep love of family, his community, and his fellow officers, Stien lived a life defined by service and sacrifice. Above all, he was a devoted father, a loving fiancé, and a proud son. This memorial run is more than just a race—it is a way for the community to come together, remember a hero, and support those he loved most.
