This event promotes outdoor recreation for people of all levels of physical abilities. Wheelchair and hand crank bike racers are welcome. Net proceeds will benefit ECU Health Rehabilitation Services, where we are committed to helping adults and children reclaim their lives. This year's race will feature chip timing, finish line music, refreshments, and a free 100-yard kids' dash! ENTRY FEES: 5K - Early bird fee is $25 by September 18th ; $30 after and on race day, $35. ALL registrants will receive a T-shirt. 1 mile - $10 100 Yard Kids Dash - Free (Youth 10 years old and younger); starts at 8:45 am Entry fees are waived for wheelchair, hand-crank, or participants using mobility assistive devices, as well as Ainsley's Angels team members.
