The 9th annual Run That Shall Not Be Named 5 3/4 K Fun Run will be held on Friday, July 18th at 6PM. This 5K will take participants on a magical journey through the Forbidden Forest of Kent (a.k.a. Fred Fuller Park) as part of Kent's Wizardly Weekend 2025, with many fun activities scheduled for Friday, July 18th and Saturday, July 19th in downtown Kent. Participants are highly encouraged to dress in themed costumes for this event. For fun, wear your house-colored socks and you may win prizes! The 5K will be hosted by Kent Parks and Recreation at 6:00pm at Fred Fuller Park (new location for 2024) and take runners on a spellbinding loop though the forest. Course will be mostly on the bike trail along the river. Registration is $30 from 3-10 through 6-14; $35 from 6-15 through 6-30; $40 from 7-1 through 7-18.
