Out and back course starting at Glenbeigh hospital, traversing a scenic rural route that includes a covered bridge over the Grand river. The course is hilly and paved. 5K will be a straight out and back course. 1.2 mile fun (untimed) walk option (turn around at the bridge, after taking pics of course) It's a great course for strollers and our four-legged friends. Everyone will get an amazing custom tech shirt. All runners are invited to join us for a free ice cream sundae bar provide by our friends at Glenbeigh We will celebrate all paces by giving out awards to our speedier guests and then cheering on those finishing later. Awards will be given to the overall Female/Male winners (1, 2, 3) as well as to the following Age groups 14 and younger, then 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and older. Race day pick-up will be from 6:30 AM until 7:30 at the race site.
