Upstate Running Club – Summer Schedule First Practice : Wednesday, May 20 Final Practice: Sunday, June 21 Location : Fisher Middle School Program Fee : $160 Age Requirement: 7th grade and up Time Standard Requirements Please do not register if your athlete does not meet the time standards below. Refunds will not be issued. If you believe your child should still be considered for the program, please contact Coach Victoria directly. 1 Mile: Under 6:00 400m: Under 1:10 800m: Under 2:45 Program Details All athletes will receive a brand-new Upstate Running Club T-shirt. Optional jerseys are available for $35. Please let Coach Victoria know if you would like one. Race entries are not included in registration.
