The Mind: Racing strategy, nutrition, and the culture of team success. From State Champions to military leaders, Coach Trey has a history of pushing athletes to their personal bests. Having competed for the 18-time (consecutive) South Atlantic Conference champion, and multi NCAA National Championship berth, Mars Hill Mountain Lions, Trey understands the discipline, consistency, and teamwork required to reach the top. Whether your runner is aiming for a conference title or their first 5K finish, they are learning from a coach who has competed at the highest level—earning 4 individual conference titles over the 5000m and 10000m and multiple NCAA All-Region honors.
