Join us on October 17, 2026, for the 14th annual Child Advocates Superhero Run at CITYCENTRE Houston! Dust off those capes, grab your sidekicks, and be a hero for the day. The chip-timed 5K run starts at 8am, followed by the 1K run at 9am. Race and costume contest awards ceremony to follow the 1K event. POWERED BY GROUP 1 AUTOMOTIVE PRESENTED BY MRE CONSULTING About Child A dvocates Child Advocates recruits, trains and supports volunteers who provide a voice for abused and neglected children in the Houston area. As Harris County’s Court Appointed Advocates (CASA) program, we provide lifesaving advocacy that helps children exit foster care to a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. Our advocates provide the judges with recommendations about where the children they help should live permanently.
