Led by experienced Ironman and Kona athlete Coach Maddie and Tri-Now Head Coach Frank, this comprehensive program includes structured workouts, expert guidance in all three disciplines, and built-in recovery and nutrition strategies to support your endurance journey. We focus on building confidence, strength, and mental resilience through a periodized plan that progresses with your fitness. From long bricks to race day simulations — we’re with you from start to finish line. WHAT YOU’LL GET THE PROGRAM: Weekly Group Workouts – with a dedicated program coach Group Swim Workout on Sundays at 6pm Group Run Workout on Tuesdays at 6:30pm Group Bike Workout on Saturday mornings 30-week Training Plan delivered via Training Peaks Skills Clinics and/or baseline and predictive evaluations* Dedicated attention in swim, bike and run Dedicated mentor offering weekly check-ins and support Bi-Monthly, live online meetings with Coach Maddie via Zoom Tri-Now workout shirt Plus fun and camaraderie Plus, your training will provide: Ongoing coach feedback and guidance Group and solo training options Long ride and run support Swim, bike, and run technique development Nutritional and pacing guidance Accountability, community, and motivation ❗️ Previous experience required: This program is designed for athletes who have completed a 70.3 (Half Ironman) and are ready to train for the full distance. 🌟 A minimum of 7 participants is required to launch this program.
