OPEN WATER SWIM WORKOUTS: Open water swim starts can be an anxiety-filled mess. But the more you do them, the less it feels like that! We’re thinking that practicing the swim with your friends will make it easier to do with strangers on race days. Open to ages 18 yrs and older.
