Whether you are a walker, a beginning runner, or a runner with a time goal, the Waco Women's Training Program will help you achieve your fitness goal. Program Details Each weekly session will start at 6:00 p.m. with a group run lead by motivated and experienced group leaders. The group runs are tailored to help you progress to reach your personal goal. At the conclusion of the run, you will have the opportunity to listen to exciting speakers on fitness related subjects to learn different ways to stay fit. Classes end at 7:30 p.m. 1st Class is Thursday, March 26, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m .
