Join us for the inaugural EMS Week 5K Run/Walk as we kick off EMS Week 2026 with a celebration of health, wellness, and the dedicated professionals who serve our communities every day. Registration for this year is FREE! CAPPED AT 150 REGISTRATIONS! 🙂 Hosted by Emplify Health Tri-State Ambulance, this family-friendly event welcomes runners and walkers of all paces and experience levels. Whether you're chasing a personal best, enjoying a relaxed walk, or supporting EMS in your community, this event is for you. Participants will enjoy a scenic and mostly flat course through the beautiful La Crosse Marsh Trails, making it perfect for both first-time 5K participants and seasoned runners. Route will start at Riverside Park, follow the Vietnam Veterans Trail to Willow trail and back for a total of 3.1 miles.
