The Frick & Frack Story: In 2017, we held our 1st Annual Frick & Frack 5K benefiting two wonderful sisters in our Hampton Roads community named Pattie and Jackie... affectionately know as Frick & Frack . They were both diagnosed with breast cancer in the same year and we were able to come together and help them in a beautiful way. The story doesn't end there. A few months after that race, Pattie’s daughter Lyndsey was also diagnosed with her second round of Breast Cancer. Yes...you read that right. Within less than a year, the same family had been struck 3 times! All 3 women are SURVIVORS today, and along with their framily and community, these women have set out on a crusade to take care of others, just as they were cared for during their battle.
