Register now for the Military Appreciation Day 5K! Register for the 4th Annual MAD 5K. (Veteran and Active-duty discounts available prior to payment) The first 100 registered participants will receive a participation medal as you cross the finish line. There will be first place medals awarded to male and female in each age group. This is a relatively flat course with beautiful water views along much of the run. Plan on arriving 30-60 minutes before the race start time to ensure you have time to park and check in prior to start time of 9:00 am. With participant purchase, each racer will obtain free access to parking at Ocean Beach Park for the race. 100% Net proceeds are donated to Navy Marine Corp Relief Society (NMCRS) Enjoy not only the Military Appreciation Day 5K, but a Military Appreciation Day all day event.
