Whether you are a beginner looking to grasp the fundamentals or an experienced athlete chasing a new personal best, this completely free clinic is designed to help you master your craft, build explosive power, and unlock your true potential in the circle. This day is all about who you will become as an athlete and a competitor! 📅 Event Details When: Saturday, November 7, 2026 Time: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Check-in & Welcome starts at 9:30 AM!) Where: Manchester High School Track and Field Throws Area Cost: 100% FREE! We will dive deep into everything from dynamic flexibility and general power position principles to the highly technical mechanics of the glide, the spin, and the discus release.
