NOTE NEW COURSE LOCATION- "FT MILES" Join the Seashore Striders and the Village Volunteers at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes for the 3rd annual Harvest Hustle 5k Run & 1k "Fun" Walk. The 5k & 1k is a flat & fast course from Ft Miles towards Herring Pt/Rehoboth Beach & back. The 1k is .62m and will turn around at the .31m mark. The race will start and finish at Ft Miles. Lace up your shoes, gather your friends and family, and hit the pavement for a community event with heart. Every step you take support our mission of empowering older adults to live at home independently for as long as possible. Whether you are running the 5k or walking the 1k, we thank you for your support!
