Celebrate health, hope, and community with inclusive activities like music, health fair and warm-up sessions before the race — all while raising vital funds for the San Antonio AIDS Foundation. Your steps help provide free HIV/STI testing, medical care, nutritious meals, housing, mental health and support services for people in need.
