Participants will receive neon goodies: ✨ Glow necklaces ✨ Glow bracelets ✨ Neon sweatbands Awards will be presented for: Overall Male & Female Age Group Winners Dog & stroller friendly! ⚠️ Some areas are dark — glow lights on dogs & strollers are strongly encouraged.
