Brought to you by the Jamaica Community Arts Council and the Jamaica Run Club! Get a running start on the annual Jamaica Day celebration by joining our first Jamaica Day Dash! With a 5K and Kids Fun Run (0.5 miles) option, everybody in the family can participate. Both out-and-back races will start at the Day Use area in Jamaica State Park and take runners along the scenic West River Trail. Kids Fun Run Our free ½ mile Kids Fun Run is FREE and open to children ages 12 and under. This out-and-back course is designed for young runners of all abilities. Every participant will receive a ribbon, medal, or small prize for joining the fun! 5K Race The Jamaica Day Dash 5K is a timed out-and-back course through Jamaica State Park. Awards will be given to the overall top male, female, and non-binary finishers. Registration Register early to guarantee your spot! The registration cost includes free entry to park for runners. Spectators will need to purchase a pass to enter. 5K Pre-registration : $20 Race Day Registration: $25 Kids Fun Run: Free The Jamaica Day Dash is sponsored by the Jamaica Community Arts Council and Jamaica Run Club.
