Race Details Location: Suffolk Seaboard Coastline Trail 3170 S Hampton Roads Trail, Suffolk, VA 23435 (intersection of Nansemond Parkway and Kings Highway) Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026 Time: 7:30am- 9:00am Description StrongWILL is a 501c3 organization that raises money for our LOCAL COMMUNITY to aid with substance abuse awareness, recovery, and support. StrongWILL was founded by April and Nathan Brooks after the passing of April's brother, William West, of an overdose. We have a passion to help others who have struggled with addiction and have a desire to make an impact in our community. Do you enjoy moving for a purpose and community empowerment? Please consider joining our run/walk event. Help us assist OUR community by making a difference together. This year commemorates 10 years since our inception. We are hoping to raise a total of $12,500 after costs which would put us at donating $100,000 to our community since 2015! Don't want another event shirt? Afterwards, stay for the Driver Day's parade beginning at 9:00am and festival beginning at 10:00am. Packet Pickup: Friday, October 16th 4:30PM-6:30PM Entrance of Driver Trail/Suffolk Seaboard Coastline Trail (intersection of Kings Highway and Nansemond Parkway) and October 17th, at 6:45am (same location) PARKING We strongly encourage participants to carpool due to limitations in parking. Limited parking is provided in front of a house near the trail for the events (signs will be set up at the trail). The parking is free of charge until the end of the race, but cars MUST move immediately after the race. The owner has been gracious enough to allow us to use this parking during the race, but asked us to remove all cars IMMEDIATELY after the race. Limited free parking is also available at Driver Elementary School which is about a 0.3 mile walk to the entrance of the trail through the festival.
