Come run, walk, jog with us through the woods, beside the spring pool, past the Old Sugar Mill, under the majestic oaks, and on the trails! Your support and participation will help us protect our beautiful spring, our history, and the fascinating flora and fauna of Central Florida. We encourage everyone to come out and join us for an invigorating run, followed by your choice of park activities for the whole family!!
