Hosted by Monument Health Bariatric and Metabolic Institute Join us for a fun and uplifting community event designed to get you moving—one step at a time! Step by Step: A Walk Toward Wellness invites patients, families, and supporters of the Bariatric and Metabolic Institute to gather on the St. Thomas More High School track (right across the street from the hospital) for a relaxed hour of walking, jogging, and connecting with others on the journey to better health. There’s no required pace, distance, or finish line—just an open track, good company, and the chance to focus on wellness together . Each participant will receive an event t-shirt* with registration as well as opportunities for raffle prizes. For each lap you complete during the hour and you’ll earn another entry for the raffle items! Whether you’re just starting out or continuing your journey, every step counts. So bring your walking shoes and let’s take this walk toward wellness together.
